Products Without Warranty

If your Easycut knife is no longer under warranty, you can send it back to us for a quote for the cost of the repair. Should we find that we are not able to repair your knife we will phone to arrange delivery to have it returned to you, however please note that delivery will be charged at £9.95 so please consider this before sending.



Send it to us


1) Download, print and complete this form. This enables us to ensure a speedier return of your repair.


2) Clean* and package your knife (with the blade installed).


3) Send your product to the address above. We ask that you to post your knife to us using recorded delivery at your local post office, as we cannot be held responsible should your knife go missing in the post.


Your repair may incur labour costs but this will be detailed in your quotation.


Once we receive your product and your 'Repair form' we will then analyse the knife and generate a quote.


* If your knife is received in an unsanitary condition it may be refused repair. Please clean your knife before sending it to us.



Bring it to us


It is sometimes possible to offer repairs to be carried out on the day you need it. If you are in the local area and have time to wait, you can bring your knife to our counter to have it analysed for repair. Just come visit us (our address is at the top of the page).


The repair counter is available between 9am while 12pm, and, 1pm while 5pm every weekday excluding bank holidays. We do not repair products listed as 'spare parts' (e.g. cables, blades, stones, nuts, bolts, screws etc.).



Spare parts


We regret to inform you that products marked as 'spare parts' do not come with any warranty. This includes; cables, blades, stones, nuts, bolts, screws etc. If you believe the product to be defective upon arrival please return it for inspection.





Unfortunately we cannot repair transformers. Please call us to find out the current price.
