Products With Warranty

 

The only products that come with a one year back-to-base warranty are the knives and the transformers.

 

In order to have a free repair carried out you can either send it to us or bring it to us, see below for more information.

 

 

Send it to us

 

There's no need to phone us! Send it to the above address with your details and we'll ensure a speedy return.

 

1) Download, print and complete this form. This enables us to ensure a speedier return of your repair.

 

2) Clean* and package up your knife (with the blade installed), transformer and the original cable. Don't forget to include a copy of your original receipt and the completed 'Repair form'.

 

3) Send it to us from your local post office. We ask that you to post your knife to us using recorded delivery at your local post office, as we cannot be held responsible should your knife go missing in the post.

 

Please note, if your fail to provide a copy of your receipt you will be charged for repair, parts, labour and return delivery. If you do not have a receipt you should contact the seller and obtain one before sending the product to us.

 

Once we receive your product, your 'Repair form' and a copy of your receipt we will make the repair. If you have provided a return address in your Repair Form then we will return it immediately.

 

* If your knife is received in an unsanitary condition it may be refused repair. Please clean your knife before sending it to us.

 

 

Bring it to us

 

It is sometimes possible to offer repairs to be carried out on the day you need it. If you are in the local area and have time to wait, you can bring your knife to our counter to have it analysed for repair. Just come visit us (our address is at the top of the page).

 

The repair counter is available between 9am while 12pm, and, 1pm while 5pm every weekday excluding bank holidays. We do not repair products listed as 'spare parts' (e.g. cables, blades, stones, nuts, bolts, screws etc.).
